Using low pressure, we apply water-based, biodegradable chemicals that emulsify dirt and grime, break down bug nests, kill mold, mildew, algae and bacteria. Letting this solution sit on your roof allows it to completely obliterate these types of growth at the source, where traditional pressure washing would simply remove current growth and not necessarily prevent future growth. This is what enables our soft washing process to last at least 4-6 longer than had you pressure washed the same surface. Soft washing is great for your roof or other vulnerable surfaces like soft wood or vinyl siding that could more easily be dented by high pressure.
